Kintsukuroi Workshop

We are all a little broken... and we often look at that brokenness as a flaw. In Japan there is word "Kintsukuroi" which means "to repair with gold;" the art of repairing pottery with gold or silver lacquer and understanding that the piece is more beautiful for having been broken. 

During this workshop Justyn Brynn will lead you through a restorative yoga sequence while Monica Martinez will lay healing reiki hands on you to reset your energy. We will look more at the Kintsukuroi tradition and how it applies to us. Looking at our brokenness as a beautiful thing that has made us stronger, wiser and better.
